When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates provided on the product page. Please note that vinyl production can face industry-wide delays; we will notify you via email if your expected ship date changes significantly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your record arrives damaged or with a significant playback defect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?

Due to our high volume of shipments, we are generally unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed. We recommend double-checking your cart before finalizing your purchase.

How do you package your vinyl records?

We take great care in our packaging. All vinyl is shipped in sturdy, corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for records to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
