Returns & Exchanges

At Needlejuice Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your physical media purchase. If your order arrives damaged or contains errors, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the item arrived damaged.

    Receive Authorization

    Once our team reviews your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Items

    Securely package the records or merchandise in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Drop off the package at the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement.
